alone 1mm 25 or 50 wafer AUTOMATIC PITCH
CHANGING SYSTEM allows the transfer of 25 or
50 wafers from a Semi-Standard cassette/boat
into a Non-Semi-Standard cassette/boat with
just a "PUSH OF A BUTTON"
The Liberty Elite Series
Wafer Transfer Systems feature the latest in
wafer transfer technology.
Our systems are robust and have remarkable
uptime. This featured product is
unique in its capabilities. It allows
the operator to place a full 25 or 50 (1mm)
wafers Non-Semi-Standard SiC/Quartz boat
onto the staging platform. The
operator would then press the "Start" button
to begin the transfer. The system
would lift the SiC/Boat on it's adapter into
the retainers thus separating the 50 wafer
load into (2) 25 wafer loads. The SiC/Quartz
boat would then be returned to the staging
platform. The operator would then
place one 25 slot plastic cassette onto the
loading stage and repeat the process until
all 50 wafers are unloaded into (2)
Semi-Standard Plastic Cassettes.

The Liberty Elite 25-50 Pitch
Changer has a dual function for mass
transfer of 1mm wafers. The system is
capable of transferring either 25 wafers or
50 from (2) cassettes and combining them
into one.

Grade" rails & bearings.
* The Liberty Elite systems utilize
boat presence sensors to eliminate wafer
breakage
* The Liberty Elite systems uses
ramped speed controls for gentle pick up and
return, thus ensuring the safer handling of
your silicon wafers
* Retainer Holders default position is
closed to prevent dropping of your product
in the event of loss of power, or loss of
air pressure.
* The system comes standard with a
pause function. This function is
provided to stop the lift system at any
position for facility preventative
maintenance and cleaning.
